Shipping policy

Shipping/ Handling Policy:

* Orders take 1-2 business days to process and 1-4 business days to ship.
* All packages are shipped Priority Mail via USPS (Karelyn's Vegan cannot ship    food products to a PO or APO Box.)
* Shipping, insulation & ice packs are included in the displayed shipping cost.
* Products are perishable and must be refrigerated upon arrival.
* Upon ordering, you will receive a pre-shipment email from us with confirmation of your order. - please add us to your contacts so it doesn't go to your spam folder. Your tracking number will be emailed the day your order ships.
* Karelyn's Vegan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. (Please let us know if your order does not arrive so we can do our best to help!)

* Once your order has reached the production phase, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
* Shipping cannot be expedited.
* If you would like to know the whereabouts of your package once it ships, please contact USPS with your tracking number. If your package arrives late and is perished, contact info@Karelynsvegan.com so we can file a claim and issue you a refund or re-ship your product.
* We do not require a signature for delivery.
* Is this a gift? PLEASE TELL THE RECIPIENT TO EXPECT IT as our products are perishable! If your recipient refuses the delivery, is not available to accept the delivery or does not answer the door it will be returned to us by USPS and no longer consumable. You will need to place and pay for a new order if this occurs.
