REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

All of our delicious vegan soul food has already been fully cooked. Simply, reheat , warm or grill to your desired amount of crispiness. (Note: Keep Frozen until Ready to reheat)

Southern Fried Chick’n:

* AIR FRYER:  (RECOMMENDED)

350F for 12-15 mins (Frozen)

OVEN:

⁃  Preheat oven to 400F

⁃  Use an oven safe dish (line with tin foil)

⁃  Heat Chick’n for 15-18 mins (Flip Midway)

DEEP FRY:
350F for about 5mins (for Extra Crispy Texture) (Thaw prior)

Grilled Chick’n:

* STOVE TOP:  (RECOMMENDED)

- Thaw from frozen

- Set pan (grill/griddle/etc) to Medium heat (+ 1 tsp oil)

- Grill for 8-12 mins (Flipping half way)

- Be sure to: Pan Sear/ Brown before adding sauce)

* OVEN

- Preheat Oven to 350F (Use an oven safe dish )

- Heat for 15-20 mins (Loosely cover dish with tinfoil)

Signature Stayk & Plant Mignon

STOVE TOP: (RECOMMENDED)

- Thaw from frozen

- Set pan (grill/griddle/etc) to Medium heat

- Add 1 tsp. oil to pan

- Grill Stayk on both sides until desired texture is reached (5-15 min)

- Be sure to: Pan Sear/ Brown before adding sauce

 

OVEN:

- Preheat Oven to 350F (Use an oven safe dish)
- Heat for 15-20 mins (Loosely cover dishes with tinfoil) (flipping midway)

- Thaw from frozen

- Set pan (grill/griddle/etc) to Medium heat

- Add 1 tsp. oil to pan

- Reheat about 5-10 mins (Flipping/ Stirring until desired texture is reached)

 

OVEN:

- Preheat Oven to 350F (Use an oven safe dish)
- Heat for 15-20 mins (Loosely cover dishes with tinfoil) (flipping midway)

 

MICROWAVE:
Microwave on high for 2 mins (do not puncture plastic pouch ) or use microwavable dish

- Preheat Oven to 350F (Use an oven safe dish)

- Heat for 10-15 mins (Loosely cover dishes with tinfoil)

STOVE TOP:

- Using a Medium Pan, bring 2 cups water to boil

- Place plastic pouch in boling water until desired temperature of food is reached

 

MICROWAVE:

- Microwave on high for 1:30-2 mins (Heat directly in plastic food pouch. Do not puncture plastic)
