SHIPPING/ HANDLING POLICY:
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:
* Orders take 1-15 business days to process as Karelyn's Vegan is made fresh in small batches. You order will ship by your selected shipping date.
* All packages are shipped 1-2 Day Priority Mail via UPS Air or UPS ground, once your order has been processed and packaged.
* Our shipping days are Monday - Tuesday.

* Upon ordering, you will receive a pre-shipment email from us with confirmation of your order. (Please add us to your contacts so it doesn't go to your spam folder.)
* Your tracking number will be emailed the day your order ships. (Please verify your account to ensure you are able to fully access your account)
* Once your order has reached the production phase, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
* Once you receive your order, place each item in your freezer (condiments in refrigerator) until ready to reheat or thaw.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
1. All items are shipped in an insulated cooler box, (or an insulated bag on certain items) which include frozen ice gel packs, as well as 2-5lbs of dry ice depending on the size of your order. (dry ice will keep the food frozen for the majority of the shipping trip & eventually evaporate before it reaches your destination)
2. As our food items are perishable, we ship ALL orders via UPS 1-2nd Day to ensure maximum freshness, as 1-2nd Day will expedite the order to ensure best condition on arrival.
3. Shipping Days| Monday - Tuesday. All orders placed after 11:00 AM on Tuesday may be held for shipment until the following Monday to ensure that they are not left in a UPS facility over the weekend.
4. If you will NOT be home to receive the items at the time of delivery, we STRONGLY suggest having the order shipped to your work location, or, to a family member/friend/neighbor who can take the items in and put them into proper cold storage immediately on arrival. We are not responsible for items that are too thawed if they're delivered early and not received until later in the evening, so please plan your delivery accordingly so that your order will not spend the day sitting on a porch on in a hallway where it will continue to thaw for many hours.
5. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
6. This item should only be shipped inside the USA, as delivery outside the USA normally takes too long to ensure proper freshness. If you wish to ship this item outside the USA, please email us at Eat@Karelynsvegan.com to discuss expedited shipping options. Any orders for this item sent outside the USA are done so at your own risk, and by checking the box at top, you accept all responsibility for sending this item outside the USA at your own risk.
7. Please do not be alarmed if items arrive in a state of thawing (which may happen if your area is warm at the time of delivery), as there are no animal-based ingredients that pose a health risk of going bad by being exposed to some heat during the final part of delivery. As long as this item is shipped to arrive within 2 days and has cold packs added, it will be adequate to consume even if it is not completely chilled when it arrives. Items may begin to thaw on the 2nd day in transit if they are transported in warm trucks or are being delivered to hot areas. As long as your order is delivered within the designated time frame, the items will only warm up for a short period at most and will stay cool for the bulk of the journey to you.

Karelyn's Vegan products are created from "scratch" using a proprietary blend of simple, soy-free, all-natural ingredients, such as; organic whole wheat flour, fresh herbs and organic spices.
We make all of our menu options fresh all natural ingredients. We cook them thoroughly, allow them to cool, and then freeze them to ship to you frozen with dry ice. Because the food has been fully cooked, all you need to do is reheat and serve or store in your freezer until use.
- For best use- When your package arrives, store all your vegan proteins and buns in the freezer for up to 28 days

- Vegan protein & buns may also be placed in the refrigerator for up to 7 days upon arrival.
